Shipping:	Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping will be calculated automatically based on weight and destination.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:	Jenni Leigh guarantees your purchase for life, period. I use quality parts when I make my products, but if ever your purchase breaks, I’ll fix it. Just send all of the pieces to me and I’ll recreate it free of charge. If any parts were lost or damaged, I will replace them with similar parts. Please understand, however, that many of the articles I use to make my products are unique, rare, or irregular in shape, color, or texture. This may lead to some differences from the original design. The selection of similar replacement parts will be made at my sole discretion. If replacement parts are needed in excess of $10, I will inform you and wholesale charges will apply for the necessary parts. Repair labor is free as always.
Return Policy:	At Jenni Leigh Creations, I want to be sure you are fully satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, I accept returns for refund or size adjustment within 30 days of the date shipped. Items must be returned undamaged with the original packaging and related shipping documents. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns or size adjustments. You may want to insure your return, as I cannot be responsible for lost returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued through Paypal and will appear on your online account statement.
Payment Options:	I accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online orders only which will be processed through Paypal's secure payment system. If other payment options are needed, please email your request to admin@jennileighcreations.com.
Retailers	I will offer a bulk discount at wholesale prices to retailers to help with mark-up prices. Please email info@jennileighcreations.com for information regarding bulk discounts.
Special Requests	Your purchase may be sized or altered to your individual specification at no charge, prior to shipping. Extender chains can be added to any necklace to increase its length; earrings can be converted to clip-on or post style; most bracelets can be re-sized; closure clasps can be changed to toggle, lobster claw, or magnet. Please complete the form on the Contact Us page to make a special request.
